When I have to pay for Studio?
When you use our online service to block your rehearsal your card will be charged that same day. Once you have completed the online reservation we will send you notification via email for your transaction approval. Without this approval your reservation will be void and the desired block you have chosen will be open to the next customer.

What if I changed my mind on the rehearsal time I have chosen?
Once you have blocked your rehearsal and have responded to the email payment option you have 48 hours to cancel your reservation and receive a full credit. If you cancel within that time there will be NO credit given as we have lost sufficient time to place the block back on the market for other customers.

How much time is given to set-up and tear down?
You will only have the time that you have reserved to set-up and tear-down your equipment. Please remember that there will most likely be someone waiting to use that same studio immediately before and after you block. You could be that person.

What if I cannot get everyone together for the block I have selected?
We offer a complimentery email option to enable you to notify ALL of your members of the scheduled rehearsal block you have selected. Simply type in their email address and they will get the same respond of the block time as you. It is your responsibility to notify you members before you book your block time to ensure everyone agrees.
